2021 Vacation part Deux

As you, my loyal readers, may have noticed; A pause in writing occurred during our majestically planned vacation of a lifetime with the cat taking his first big one with us. Soaring vistas along rivers, Fabulous mountain treks, exploring ghost towns and generally having a blast before culminating in a stay in Las Vegas.

Well, life intervenes. With the last stop (longest) being in Vegas where the forecast for the foreseeable future is going to be over 100 degrees and the last time we were there in that weather with Piper, our RV fridge was overwhelmed by the heat and we had to add a second A/C unit. Well, even with having taken all the measures we have (including pet temperature monitor), being the responsible pet owners that we are; we have chosen to return Piper and Jones to home and continue our vacation in Angry Bird. Other stuff happens too so we have changed itinerary and are stopping in the Bay area instead of Yosemite.
